Ageing in barrels:
A 50% of Luigi Bosca Finca Los Nobles Chardonnay ferments in new French oak barrels and it is aged there for 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Finca Los Nobles Chardonnay is golden yellow with green shades to the eye.  Tropical aromas of pineapple and mango, with notes of vanilla and honey contributed by delicate ageing in casks.  Round, soft and unctuous mouthfeel, with balanced and elegant acidity.

Ageing potential:
10 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 8°C  and 10°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for poultry, fish with mild sauces, and sea food casserole.
